What Constante is
Constante is a personal, free, ad-free app to organize tasks and reminders, goals and habits, and expenses and income. By using it you agree to these terms.
Using the app
Constante is a personal organization tool. It's not a financial service, it doesn't connect to your bank, and it doesn't execute transactions: the automatic detection feature only reads, on your own phone, the text of Nequi and Bancolombia notifications and SMS to suggest logging a transaction, and that transaction is only saved if you confirm it. You're responsible for checking that the data you enter — manually or by confirming an automatic detection — is correct.
Account and backup
Signing in and backing up your data to the cloud is optional. You're responsible for keeping access to your email or your Google account, which is what Constante uses to identify you. See the privacy policy for the details on what's stored and where.
Availability
Constante is distributed as a personal app (direct APK, or through Google Play once published). Uninterrupted availability of the cloud backup or notification features isn't guaranteed — if the server doesn't respond, the app keeps working normally with the data on your phone.
No warranties
Constante is provided "as is", with no warranties of any kind. Use of the app and of the information you record in it is at your own discretion and risk.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the app adds new features. The date above shows the last update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia.
